The overarching aim is to ensure that we work in tandem with our respective clients and ensure that our partnership is successful and continuously yields as much customer value as possible.

To this end, we are delighted to announce that our Client Services team is being rebranded as our Customer Success team. The primary goal for the customer success team is to;

  • Work with their clients to solve problems before they happen.

  • Understand their clients’ bottlenecks, KPIs and wider company goals to provide a valuable service to help clients meet and surpass their goals.

  • Be proactive in looking after their customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to cut costs and achieve greener credentials.

  • Establish, develop, and build lasting relationships with their customers, gaining regular feedback to make ongoing improvements.

Raj, Pam and the team have already achieved a huge amount of success story’s from within the department and we very much expect the trend will continue, particularly as we add more resources and expertise to our existing pool of talent, which will only further benefit our loyal customers.

Can we please ask that going forward all correspondence is sent to customersuccess@advantageutilities.com, where either Raj or Pam will pick up your email and respond accordingly.
