It’s no secret that energy costs have been rising in recent years, and our dedicated property management team wanted to find a way to help Faraday Property Management bring down their bills. This is why Janey recommended that Faraday switch their Gas contract from a fixed contract to a Flexible contract.

Faraday Property Management signed this contract in March 2022 for 12 months of flexible purchasing and has since signed up for a further 12 months after they saw the potential savings in their monthly bills (explained below).

Their consumption for one gas meter is 3,398,189 KWH, and if they had not signed a 12-month flexible contract in March 2022, the annual cost would have been £623,803.67!

The fixed unit rate was 21.26 on the 10th of March 2022. The table below shows the unit rates we achieved each month for this client.
